Greetings Kick Out at 2 readers and welcome back to this week’s edition of RAW IS XANATOS! RAW still has quite a bit to go to crawl out of the gutters of mediocrity but we’re getting there. Slowly but surely we are getting there. Hopefully next week we will see the return of CM Punk but until than I’m sure everyones other favorite Ring of Honor alumni will continue to steal the show the way he has in recent weeks.

My Top Moments of this RAW:

1) Daniel Bryan on Fire! – Daniel Bryan has been on a roll as of late and it has been flipping fantastic! Being a huge fan of “The American Dragon” I always love seeing this guy perform any chance he can. Seeing and hearing the crowd’s deafening reaction that Bryan has been receiving should tell WWE management that THIS is what Championship material feels like. Watch a Daniel Bryan match and compare it to a John Cena match and tell me who should really be wearing the gold and representing the company…. just sayin’. The fans are really in D. Bry’s corner and he needs to be elevated back to the main title picture with the quickness!

2) CM Punk vs Chris Jericho Made Official – OK let me clarify. I did not like this segment and we all know that both Paul Heyman and Y2J can be used A LOT BETTER than they were in this setup. The contract signing was silly and really did nothing to drive the story. I’m just ecstatic that the “Second City Saint” will be returning to his hometown to take on Chris Jericho. Two of the best this business has ever seen doing what they both love and do best. Man, I can’t wait!

3) The Shield vs Team Hell No & Randy Orton –Week after Week I keep saying that The Shield is my favorite thing about RAW and that still is a pretty true statement. Seeing this match was fun. The interactions of everyone involved was fantastic. It was nice to see Randy Orton step up in the match and show a little more attitude like he used to. For a long time Orton had been mailing in his performance with no real emotion. The fans were behind him, especially during that double DDT setup and hearing Orton scream “YES!” with the crowd while doing it actually gave me goosebumps. I hope this is the beginning of lighting that fire under Orton’s ass again, getting this guy motivated and focused once more.

4) Stephanie McMahon on RAW Dear God Steph is like a fine wine. That chick just keeps getting better with age. I think she is way more attractive these days than she ever was during the Attitude Era. Anytime she is on TV its a good thing… Lets just say my thoughts of her are not very PG 🙂

5) Triple H – I’m not sure where they are going with this storyline but it’s still good to have “The Game” in the ring in some form or fashion. Hopefully it will lead to him wrestling more. I think Paul Heyman in Triple H’s COO duties and Hunter in the ring more would be good for everyone involved. Also he’s married to Steph…lucky son of a gun.

Well there you have it folks, a quick rundown of some of my favorite thoughts and moments pertaining to this week’s episode of RAW. Be sure to check back next Tuesday for the next issue of… RAW IS XANATOS.
